This is where you can add all your special touches to make your suite your very own.
For no additional charge, modifications such as including moving design elements around, orientation, changing fonts or choosing new colors and papers are allowed. While you may also adjust your printing methods this will affect your cost per suite depending on which printing method you choose. All prices are quoted for digital print only at this time. Let’s Customize
Once you have decided on which suite is perfect for you and you have chosen your package, add-on items, and quantity, you will see your total for your selections. If you are in the state of New York, you will be charged 8.375 sales tax. We will require a 50% deposit to start your design and to generate your first proof.Place Order & Pay Deposit
Once an order has been placed, you will be added to our client management system and you will be greeted with a welcome email within 1 business day. You will receive a questionnaire to complete that will provide us with all of the wording to use in your suite and to us provide any additional information we will need. Within this system, you will be able view all of your email exchanges, documents and proofs along the entire design process.

After you have submitted your wording, you will receive a proof of your suite within 3 business days. If customizations are needed, it may take an additional 3-5 days. We will integrate your changes into a digital proof for your final approval. You will check that every detail is as you want it, including layout, wording, spelling, grammar and punctuation.

You will be allowed 3 rounds of proofs with each order. All additional proofs beyond with incur a charge of $25.00 per proof. Need help coming up with your wording? Click here to view sample wording.
Submit your wording and event details & proofs
Once your final written approval has been granted and the final deposit paid your project can go to print and production. Please keep in mind that a project from concept to delivery can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months so remember to plan accordingly. Please inquire for a more accurate time and rush service is available for an additional fee.
Stamp of Approval and Final Payment
Once your order is complete, you will be notified and your suite will be shipped to the address provided via FedEx with a tracking number. Due to the unique nature of your order, a signature will de required for delivery.
